At P2E Growth & Development CIC, we offer non‑clinical mental health and wellbeing support that helps people feel more confident, connected, and able to cope with everyday life. Our support is preventative and practical, focusing on emotional regulation, resilience, and reducing isolation. It is designed to feel safe, respectful, and manageable — not overwhelming or medical.

How We Support Wellbeing

Our mental health and wellbeing support includes:


• Emotional regulation and coping tools to help manage stress and overwhelm
• Confidence and resilience building to support everyday life and change
• Group wellbeing sessions that encourage connection and shared understanding
• Safe, inclusive spaces that reduce isolation and stigma

Support is delivered at a pace that feels comfortable and works alongside people’s real‑life circumstances.

Mental Health & Wellbeing Courses

We deliver a range of mental health and wellbeing courses that support awareness, confidence, and practical skills. These may be delivered as standalone sessions or as part of wider wellbeing programmes.

Courses are inclusive, accessible, and suitable for different learning styles.

Our mental health support is non‑clinical and preventative.

We do not provide therapy, counselling, or crisis intervention.

 

This support complements — but does not replace — clinical or therapeutic services. If specialist support is needed, we can help with safe signposting.
