Our support focuses on confidence, understanding, and independence — not speed or technical jargon. We work at your pace and create a safe, non‑judgemental space to learn.

Digital literacy support is educational and practical. We do not provide IT repair or technical diagnostics. If specialist technical support is needed, we can help signpost to appropriate services.
